Arsi University Holds Discussion on 2016 Performance Report and 2017 E.C Annual Plan.
A significant discussion was held regarding the execution performance report for the 2016 E.C budget year and the annual plan for the 2017 E.C budget year. Dr. Fikadu Mitiku Abdissa, President of Arsi University, led the session, which was attended by all members of the university’s managing council.
The meeting commenced with a presentation by the Office of Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation, detailing the execution performance of the 2016 E.C budget year. Following this, the proposed plans for the 2017 E.C academic year were discussed.
Participants actively engaged in the discussion, voicing their concerns and suggestions regarding both the performance report and future plans. The comments raised by attendees enriched the dialogue, providing valuable insights for the university’s top management.
In response to the feedback, Dr. Fikadu and the vice presidents addressed several questions requiring clarification. They assured the attendees that their valuable comments would be taken into account in the university’s planning processes.
