The main areas of responsibility Transformational and Good Governance director will include:
Day to day management of the process and paperwork required for the various Directories supported. This will include active participation in the appraisal and monitoring of Directories in accordance with results based management, as well as the monitoring of plans and budgets, programmed implementation and results, and audit report follow-up.
Good Governance is measured by the eight factors of Participation, Rule of Law, Transparency, Responsiveness, Consensus Oriented, Equity and Inclusiveness, Effectiveness and Efficiency, and Accountability
The Transformational and Good Governance will report directly to the president
Transformational leadership is a leadership style in which a leader engages followers and influences them to higher level of motivation and performance. Both leaders and followers jointly adhere to ethical principles to achieve their university goals.
