Purpose of the Report
This report presents the outcome of the internal competition conducted to select academic staff members from Arsi University for participation in the Erasmus+ KA171 Teaching Staff Mobility Program. The selection process was based on the evaluation of teaching/training plans, academic qualifications, research engagement, institutional contributions, and prior mobility experience.
